Every person who walks through my door arrives with a different story.
Some are living with persistent pain. Others are carrying the effects of chronic stress, recovering from injury, or simply searching for a place to slow down and breathe.
That's why I don't believe in one-size-fits-all treatments.
Every session begins with listening. We'll talk about what you're experiencing, what you'd like to accomplish, and how your body has been responding. From there, your goals guide our plan, and your body guides the treatment.
No two sessions are exactly alike because no two bodies arrive the same way.
Therapeutic massage is at the heart of my practice, and every session is thoughtfully adapted to the person in front of me. Depending on your needs, I may draw from a variety of therapeutic elements to support your goals.
Over the years, I've come to believe that the most meaningful outcomes aren't measured only by how you feel on the massage table. They're found in the moments that follow—breathing a little easier, moving with more confidence, sleeping more peacefully, or returning to the people and activities you love without the same limitations that brought you here.
My hope is simple.
That you'll leave with a little more comfort, a little more peace, and a little more space than when you arrived.
If that sounds like the kind of care you're looking for, I'd be honored to welcome you to FoxHaven.
I've spent decades practicing and studying massage, bodywork, movement, and the many ways our bodies respond to touch, stress, injury, and rest. That experience has taught me to remain curious—to listen before deciding what a session should be and to allow what I observe and feel to guide the work.
My education continues because this work continues to teach me. Every person brings a different body, history, and goal to the table, and I consider it a privilege to be trusted with that care.
